You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Monika Sonsala-Krawczyk, Lohmühlwiesen 14, 76356 Weingarten (Baden), Germany, email: info@OliveManufaktur.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unambiguous statement (e.g. by post or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having returned them, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or decision by you is decisive, or which are clearly personalised to your needs — this applies in particular to wood products with a custom engraving.
