What is Haddabal?

Haddabal is a virtual loyalty currency from OliveManufaktur with no cash value. It cannot be purchased with real money and cannot be exchanged for cash.

How do you earn Haddabal?

You earn Haddabal, for example, when you shop, for product reviews, and by answering quiz questions and spinning the wheel of fortune in the game area.

How is Haddabal redeemed?

Haddabal can be redeemed at checkout for a discount (up to a maximum share of the order value that we set) or gifted to other registered users.

Changes

We may adjust the exchange rate, the earning and redemption rules, and the available prizes at any time. We will announce material changes with a notice on the website.

No legal entitlement

There is no entitlement to any particular availability, value, or continuation of Haddabal. Any existing balance is forfeited if your account is closed.

Misuse

We reserve the right to freeze or remove balances in the event of misuse (e.g. fraud or manipulation).

🪙 Validity & passing on coins

• Haddabal coins have a limited validity. Each coin has its own deadline, counted from the moment you receive it — you can always see every detail in “My Haddabal account”. When time runs out, exactly the coins whose period has ended expire, not your whole balance.
• Before coins expire, we remind you in good time with a notice on the website.
• When you redeem coins for a discount, the coins that expire first are always used first.
• You can give coins to friends or loved ones at any time — even in the very last minute before they expire. Coins that expire soon (in less than 48 hours) reach your friend with 1 extra day(s) added to the remaining time; they can redeem them but not give them on. If not used in time, they expire.
• Between two accounts a 3-day lock applies: whoever received coins from you cannot send coins back to you during that time.
• A maximum of 5 transfers per account per 24 hours is possible.
• We check transfers automatically. In case of abuse (e.g. swapping coins in a circle to avoid expiry) we reserve the right to block coins.
